The Story
My career began in public accounting and evolved into corporate financial planning and analysis, where I learned how organizations make decisions, allocate resources, and manage growth.
Along the way, I discovered that the greatest challenges facing organizations are rarely just financial. They are leadership challenges. Strategic challenges. Communication challenges.
Numbers matter, but numbers only become valuable when they help people make better decisions.
Today, I partner with nonprofit organizations, boards, executive directors, and leadership teams to translate complexity into clarity and uncertainty into action.
